Can you write the copy or do we need a copywriter?
We can. Our designers + a Sitect AI agent (trained on conversion copywriting frameworks) draft variant A and variant B. Most clients prefer this — fastest way to ship something testable. If you have a strong copywriter already, we work from your copy doc. The hero copy is testable separately from the page design either way.
What's the difference between this and a full website?
A landing page is single-purpose: drive paid traffic to one conversion. No nav, no about page, no blog. A corporate website is multi-purpose: trust-building, SEO, content, recruiting, multiple audiences. Different tool, different tradeoffs. Most clients need both; we ship them as separate engagements.
Will you run the ads too?
Not by default — we build the page, you (or your ad agency) run the ads. The Campaign squad tier optionally includes PPC management (Google + Meta) for an extra R 5k/mo. Otherwise we work happily alongside your existing ad agency; we'll share UTM conventions + attribution standards so the data lines up.
How long before we have a statistically significant A/B winner?
Depends on your traffic. With 200 conversions/week, a winner with 20%+ lift hits significance in ~10 days. With 50 conversions/week, allow 4-6 weeks. Below 50/week, A/B testing on a single page isn't powerful enough — we'll recommend testing on bigger swings (whole new hero, not button colour).
What if the landing page doesn't outperform what we have?
Rare — we redesign against your existing baseline, so we're not flying blind. If after 30 days the new page hasn't outperformed your old one on CR, we'll redesign once for free. Beyond that, we offer a refund of 50% of the project fee. This guarantee is in writing. We've used it 3 times in 4 years.
POPIA — is the form opt-in compliant?
Yes. Every form ships with explicit consent checkbox (not pre-ticked), records the timestamp + IP for the consent event, and links to your privacy policy. Marketing-opt-in is separate from service-information consent. POPIA-friendly by default.
Do you support multiple languages on one page?
Yes — we use IP-based language detection or geo-targeting to serve different variants per region. Common: English default + Afrikaans for SA, or English + Portuguese for cross-border Africa. Each language counts as a "variant" for purposes of A/B significance.
