What we walked into

Indaba's ops team was pasting between four spreadsheets, two ERP exports and an email folder to produce the weekly stock & sales report. 14 hours of senior-admin time per week. Errors common, insights late, the team frustrated.

How we tackled it

We built a small bespoke ops dashboard on Laravel + Inertia that ingests the ERP exports automatically, layers a GPT-4o-mini assistant on top that answers natural-language questions ("which SKU's gross margin dropped most this week?"), and ships the weekly report as a single PDF with one click.
